Hi, My name is Zann and my husband Jack had a single lung transplant at Duke 12-8-1998. Sadly he passed away 7-14-2006. We had a wonderful story to share and I did that by writing "And Then We Danced". (available on Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com)

I am helping now, at the request of Dr. Scott Pamer, as the first lung transplant caregiver support group volunteer. I am just looking to help others walk the path that I walked as Jack's caregiver. Ours was a success story for seven wonderful years. I want to give back, I want to share, I want to help. Please tell me how I can be helpful.
