Essential Home Supplies
v Thermometer
v Bathroom scales
v Blood pressure monitor
v Glucose monitor, test strips, alcohol pads (Syringes and insulin will require Rx) This will likely be provided by the hospital before discharge.
v Fingertip O2 oximeter (May not be required or essential)
v Hand sanitizer
v Spirometer (provided at hospital before discharge)
v Bag to keep medications in (check out a small Sears Craftsman soft tool bag for about $10.00. This is a great sturdy bag - K-Mart carries them too)
